Self-employed taxpayers and small business owners often have little spare time to give to the important task of maintaining the accurate financial records. We will take up that task for you, ensuring your records are complete and accurate. For service providers, we can prepare and submit your quarterly CRT taxes to the Department of Taxation and Revenue.  We can also register your business as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and act as your registered agent.
